The Exhibit is a tasting room for Burial Beer Co, which is based in Asheville. Located one block off the Little Rock Trail on the East Davie side of the Transfer Co. Food Hall, there are tables outside as well as in the large tasting room with a bar. Burial has grown to three storefronts with one space serving as a bottle shop. Fresh beer arrives every Wednesday, and their practice is to rotate through their extensive collection of recipes. My personal favorites are the Double IPAs.
